Just another insanely early morning shot taken on Christmas Day at Bodie Island Lighthouse in North Carolina’s Outerbanks. The colors were breathtaking - the clouds looked like flames shooting across the sky. The marshes, mirroring the sky, looked like they were on fire. It all seemed otherworldly, like I had transcended across realms into Dante’s Inferno, except this one was filled with beauty and wonder instead of suffering.
